Tower of Needs
The Tower of Needs came originally from Maslow's Triangle which is a pictorial representation of all the things that people need to be the best they can be. At Aldwyn each class has a Tower of Needs poster which is referred to to help the children understand what they need to help them be the best learner they can be. The Tower of Needs is also referred to in assembly and in individual and small group social skills work.
